Handling vibratory machinery and equipment in Tanzania isn’t about just selling screens or feeders. We focus on how material behaves on the line. Eccentric vibrating screens, circular vibro sifters, and rectangular motorized vibrating screens are chosen based on the type of material, particle size, and moisture content. Powder, granules, or bulk solids all react differently.
Feeding hoppers and vibratory feeders are designed to move material evenly without clogging or bridging. Placement and vibration frequency are critical. We adjust amplitude and speed to match material flow so separation or grading stays consistent. Rotary screens are often combined with vibratory systems when multiple sizes need sorting in one pass.
Vibrator motors are selected to match load requirements. Too small, and the machine underperforms. Too large, and energy is wasted and components wear out faster. We calibrate these motors on site to balance performance with maintenance.
Maintenance access is also part of our design. Screens, hoppers, and motors are installed so cleaning, inspection, and replacement can happen without stopping the whole line. That keeps downtime low and output steady.
In industries like food processing, recycling, plastic, and mineral handling, these systems reduce contamination, improve size consistency, and make downstream processes easier. We supply full setups—screens, feeders, hoppers, and motors—so everything works together rather than as separate components.
Every vibratory installation is assessed based on actual material flow. We don’t offer one-size-fits-all. Every adjustment—vibration, screen mesh, motor rating—is based on real conditions on the plant floor. That makes the system reliable, consistent, and ready for long-term operation.
